It was lovely to be back with the folks at Sintons LLP yesterday. Firstly - the building renovations are fantastic. What a beautiful space to deliver training from! We met with Partners of the firm to chat about all things #Diversity, #Inclusion #UnconsciousBias and more specifically, #InclusiveLeadership. We've seen a definite trend this year with more and more organisations investing in Inclusive Leadership training for their teams. ● National Inclusion Week 2024 ● Last week was a busy one full of client delivery (and a little bit of play too!) We kicked off a series of workshops with the team at Ward Hadaway - beautifully timed with National Inclusion Week. We had over 200 of their colleagues join us (sorry to those who weren't able to make it, but had to sit through 100's of Teams notifications that were pinging in the background! You can blame the Lyn(d)sey's for that! ) Here’s to our next session on Thursday. This year we were invited back to the CF FERTILISERS UK GROUP LIMITED Leadership Conference. It was my first trip to Wynyard Hall - what a BEAUTIFUL venue! Lyndsey and I really love working with these folks. Thank you to everyone who got stuck straight in to our Inclusive Leadership workshop - here’s hoping we provided some food for thought. Next stop was the Hilton Hotel in Gateshead for the Entrepreneurs' Forum Awards.
