[In recent weeks, there have been numerous articles and news reports about problems with #Ukrainian defence positions, difficulties with mobilization, russian army superiority in everything, even using the words like “possible frontline collapse” etc. As I mentioned numerous times as well, the situation is difficult but very dynamic and many articles and reports don’t take this into account, instead basing their conclusions on older, stale or incorrect data. Below is the most recent example, which shows that “the devil is not as scary as they want us to believe”.] Day 792: 24 April Today, there is a lot of news from the Lyman direction. Here, russian forces refused to accept the defeat in the Battle for Terny, and suddenly opened a new vector of attack to prevent the collapse of their bridgehead, and retake the initiative back in their hands. The reason for the failure of the russian mechanized assault along the third axis of advance is threefold. Firstly, the 𝗨𝗸𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗮𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗙𝗩𝗣 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁. Notably, the map of successful drone attacks in the area by both sides reveals an overwhelming advantage of Ukrainian drone capabilities that has dramatically compromised russian attempts in recent weeks, particularly in helping to prepare an overwhelming response well in advance. Secondly, according to various Ukrainian sources, the 𝗨𝗸𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗮 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵 𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗽𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝘀. Ukrainian commander-in-chief Oleksandr Syrskyi recently announced that rotations had begun in various directions on a widespread level since troops had not been rotated in many places for more than a year. Due to the rotation, russian troops here had to face much fresher Ukrainian troops. And thirdly, it appears that 𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗳𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀. The size of this mechanized assault was much smaller than those observed over the last few weeks, which is a clear indicator of exhaustion of the forces.

Are you serious??? I didn't start a hystory dibates that part of Ukraine had autonomy in the beginning of 18 century. You had problems in your series. For example in Medieval 2 Kyivan Rus named as russia *facepalm*. But at least you could use proper names! In my personal opinion - Ukraine was FORCED to cross russian border and take over some of the official russian territory. Who forced it? The USA, and potential presidency of Donald Trump - who openly speaks about "Minsk 3" style "freeze", that would allow russia to re-arm in 3 or 5 or maybe 8 years, and then finish up Ukraine. Just like it happened before with Minsk 1 and Minsk 2 - which both led to the current full-scale invasion. Though Biden/Sullivan administration is also to blame here - for Minsk 1/2 specifically back in 2014, when Biden was a VP, but also for current containment of war within Ukrainian territory - which is a recipe for defeat for Ukraine. In order to avoid Minsk 3 kind of freeze, where war is temporarily stopped at current front, and then conquered territories are basically awarded to the conqueror (as it de-facto happened with Crimea in 2014, and big parts of Donbass in 2015) - Ukraine must hold some of russia's territories. Russia will never be able to accept Minsk 3 in case it awards some of russian territories to Ukraine, thus the best way to make sure Minsk 3 doesn't happen - is capture of some russian territories. This capture, however, is very costly in terms of manpower and military equipment - which is busy now guarding part of Kursk region, while it is BADLY needed on Pokrovsk direction where russia is advancing every day, destroying town by town, and getting close to bigger towns like Pokrovsk itself (population 61 000 at year 2020), Tchasiv Yar (12 700) and eventually Kramatorsk (185 000) and Slovyansk (109 000).

Russian economy faces challenges where solutions are needed "here and now" according to think tank. russia's economy is challenged on several points. This appears from a report from a russian think tank. The report points to several problems in the russian economy. Among other things, the report concludes that russia's industrial production is stagnating and that the country's exports of goods continue to shrink. According to Reuters, the think tank - called the Center for Macroeconomic Analysis and Short-Term Forecasting - is close to the Russian government. The report points to long-term problems for the russian economy and at the same time states that solutions are needed 'here and now'. The think tank also warns that there is a shortage of both raw materials and components. Despite russia's ongoing war in Ukraine, which has been going on for over two years, the country's economic performance last year exceeded the expectations of many analysts. But in January and February, seasonally adjusted consumer activity fell by 0.2 percentage points, according to the think tank's data. In addition, investment activity fell for the fourth consecutive month in February. Among other things, this has had the consequence that the russian state today spends less money than before on infrastructure and building housing. Economically, russia - with President Vladimir Putin at the helm - has been challenged for the past two years by foreign sanctions as a result of the invasion of Ukraine. Many Western companies have also withdrawn from the Russian market. As a result of Western sanctions, russia has imposed import restrictions, but this has helped create internal problems in russia. Because several companies in the country are largely dependent on being supplied with raw materials and components, says the think tank. Soon everyone will know this name "HRIM-2". It is a Ukrainian domesticly developed system which are quite similar to the US HIMARS-system. Today on 2 November 2024, head of Ukrainian NATO delegation, Yehor Chernev, claimed that the Hrim-2 missile is “nearly operational”. Claimed to carry a 500 kg warhead ranges of over 500 kilometres using a “single-stage, solid-fuel” engine. "Trust me, there will soon be concrete results visible not only to Ukraine but also to the russian federation," Cherniev emphasized. This will make multiple russian airbases, depots and HQs within striking range - and there are no one to restrict the use of these.... There will be a question about the amount of missiles, but as the system was developed years ago and work has been ongoing for years, we must expect a certain capacity as it is introduced to combat. We know that Ukraines military industry has been increasing their output significantly over the past two years, as example Ukraine now manufacture 20 2S22 Bohdana artillery systems per. month. From 2023 to 2024, the use of Telegram for messaging increased from 75% to 81% among all Ukrainians, and it grew from 72% to 73% for receiving news. We are losing this internal information war against Russia disastrously, partly because almost no one realizes it's happening. But it's no longer possible to just say, "the authorities are to blame" or "those darn draft-dodgers." Every one of the 80% of Ukrainians with the russian Trojan Telegram on their phones is losing this war simply because of laziness. Too lazy to switch to WhatsApp, Signal, or a web platform, too lazy to agree on this with the homeowners or school chat group, too lazy to change the internal policy of a company, organization, or village council, too lazy to subscribe to the Air Force channel on WhatsApp with alerts about incoming drones. In the end, it’s also the lazy and somewhat money-, fame-, and power-hungry influencers, media managers, and news outlets who, in almost three years, haven’t started migrating people from their Telegram channels to a platform not controlled by the enemy, who wishes to destroy all things Ukrainian. We either change or we will perish. Thank you, Valerii Pekar, for keeping this issue in the spotlight, and thanks to everyone who publicly refuses to use Telegram and takes a stand.

If democratic states allow russia to defeat Ukraine then they will face the threat of being hunted buy russians in future. Recommendation to all your Ukrainian friends and acquaintances: Even though Ukrainian consular services do not work outside Ukraine, they can remotely authorise a local Ukrainian agency to handle all the necessary documents for them in Ukraine and deliver them anywhere outside Ukraine: https://aitochka.com/ We will then use these documents to arrange temporary/permanent residency in Paraguay or Uruguay for them with Liberation Travel. They need to do this before their Ukrainian passport expires (and they become a hunted beast - illegal immigrants), as they can't do it remotely.

Are you working on Saturdays? Recruiters actually do, and with them the whole population in Kazakhstan. Why? Because next week are May holidays and because they fell on Tuesday and Thursday, the government decided it would make sense to give an additional day – but not free of charge. So we are working today, in order to have three days off next week. Unfortunately, the announcement (like so often) came only 2 weeks before, so anyone who had plans for this weekend, found out subsequently that they actually had to work and go to school. Actually several schools even put exams today, to ensure that not too many children suddenly were taking sick leave.
