U.S. and China reach agreements on combatting climate change, cyber espionage
President Obama and Chinese President Xi Jinping stressed cooperation and integration in a Friday press conference announcing the launch of a cap-and-trade program to cut carbon emissions. Xi pledged that China would impose annual emissions limits and also offer $3.1 billion to poorer countries to combat climate change.

In light of that goal, both China and the U.S. have pledged to not "conduct or knowingly support cyber-enabled theft." "The question now is," Obama said, "are words followed by actions?"
