Box Office opens 2 hours prior to showtime
QRT.yrd opens 90 minutes prior to showtime
Carolyn’s concession bar opens 90 minutes prior to showtime
Doors to performance spaces open 30 minutes prior to showtime and 75 minutes prior to showtime for prelude events
Please note that outside food or drink may not be brought into The Conrad. Exceptions may be made for infants and persons with dietary restrictions.

Minors
No one under age six will be admitted for concerts other than The ConRAD Kids Series. Minors of any age may be reseated within the hall or asked to watch the concert from the lobby if they disrupt the experience for other ticketholders.
For ticketed family events, children aged 2 and under do not require a ticket and may be seated in a responsible adult’s lap. Children over age 2 require a ticket for their own seat.
