At MSB we have spent the past months reflecting on the ecosystems that the over 800 leaders we work with create around them, and have been moved to look critically at our own wider #impact as an organisation. Therefore a quick reminder from Matt Hall's garden/recording studio about our 📣 Futures-Focused Pledge: 📣 In short, the impact of the Pledge means that for every place booked on our programmes, we will: 💡 Sponsor a colleague in your organisation on that programme (especially an emerging leader or someone facing barriers to development). 💡Sponsor a charity place on our Prologue coach training program for a partner charity employee. We'd love to connect with you if this resonates and explain more. Do seek a time below to chat before the end of the year as Pledge places are limited until Dec 13th: https://lnkd.in/eyxQptcM #leadership #coaching #training #CPD #internationalschoolleaders #educationalleadership #makingstuffbetter #professionaldevelopment #makeanimpact #2025
