Använd hanterade Apple‑ID i Apple Business Manager
En användare kan ha två typer av Apple-ID – ett hanterat Apple-ID och ett privat Apple-ID:
Ett hanterat Apple-ID ägs och hanteras av organisationen och omfattar lösenordsåterställning och rollbaserad administration. Det kan också användas för att få åtkomst till iCloud för samarbeten i iWork och säkerhetskopiering på iPhone- och iPad-enheter. Med Apple Business Manager är det enkelt för organisationer att skapa och hantera dessa konton i stor skala.
Ett privat Apple-ID används för att få åtkomst till personlig data som Bilder, iMessages och andra privata iCloud-data när du loggar in på en privat enhet.
Viktigt: En användare med ett hanterat Apple-ID kan bli utelåst från sitt konto om hen anger ett felaktigt lösenord fler än 10 gånger eller om Apple misstänker att det förekommer bedrägeri på kontot. Användaren behöver kontakta en användare med rollen som administratör eller personansvarig för att återställa sitt lösenord. För användarkonton som låsts på grund av misstänkta bedrägliga aktiviteter måste en Apple Business Manager-användare med rollen som administratör kontakta Apple för att få kontot upplåst. Efter detta kan användarens lösenord nollställas av administratören.
Så här skapas hanterade Apple‑ID:n
Hanterade Apple‑ID:n skapas när du:
Konfigurera och aktivera federerad autentisering med Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra-ID eller din identitetsleverantör (IdP)

Viktigt: Tänk på att varje hanterat Apple‑ID måste vara unikt. Det kan heller inte vara samma som andra Apple-ID:n som andra användare redan har.
Så här används hanterade Apple‑ID:n
Som en användare med rollen som administratör eller ansvarig använder du hanterade Apple‑ID:n på två huvudsakliga sätt – med konton och roller.
Konton: Användare med rollen som administratör kan utföra en rad uppgifter inom Apple Business Manager för att hantera konton. Du kan till exempel tilldela roller eller nollställa lösenord för en viss uppsättning användare.
Roller: När ett hanterat Apple‑ID har skapats för en användare kan roller tilldelas för användaren. Rollerna avgör vilka uppgifter som användaren kan utföra i Apple Business Manager med sitt hanterade Apple‑ID.
Ändring av hanterat Apple‑ID för administratörroller
Det går inte att ändra ett hanterat Apple‑ID för en användare som har rollen administratör. Du måste först ändra rollen till en annan roll, ändra användarens hanterade Apple‑ID och därefter ändra rollen till administratör igen.
Åtkomst till tjänster med hanterade Apple-ID:n
Tillgången till specifika tjänster kan variera när du använder hanterade Apple‑ID:n. Se Tjänståtkomst med hanterade Apple-ID:n i Apple Platform Deployment.
Redigera hanterade Apple-ID:n
I vissa fall kan du behöva ändra det hanterade Apple‑ID:t för konton – till exempel om organisationens domännamn ändras. Ansvariga som har behörigheten ”Skapa, redigera och radera hanterade Apple‑ID:n” kan redigera andra kontons hanterade Apple‑ID:n. Det här ändrar formatet för hanterade Apple‑ID:n för alla nya och befintliga konton.
När du ändrat det hanterade Apple‑ID:t kan aktiva användare logga in med sitt nya hanterade Apple‑ID och sitt befintliga lösenord. Om det nya formatet innehåller ett element som saknas eller är tomt för användaren uppdateras inte den användarens hanterade Apple‑ID. Om det nya formatet resulterar i ett hanterat Apple‑ID som redan används läggs ett nummer till i slutet av det nya hanterade Apple‑ID:t så att det blir unikt.
Viktigt: Användarna får inget meddelande när deras hanterade Apple-ID ändras, så du måste meddela dem så snart du gjort ändringen.
Redigera formatet för hanterat Apple‑ID för en användare
Logga in på Apple Business Manager med ett konto som har rollen administratör eller personansvarig.
Välj Användare i sidofältet och välj eller sök sedan efter en användare i sökfältet. Se Så här söker du.
Markera användaren i listan.
Välj knappen Redigera och redigera sedan det hanterade Apple-ID:t.
Du kan även ange text, såsom en punkt (till exempel eliza.block), i fältet.
Välj en domän i listan och välj sedan Spara.
Redigera formatet för hanterat Apple‑ID för flera användare
Den här uppgiften kan endast slutföras för användare som har skapats manuellt.
Logga in på Apple Business Manager med ett konto som har rollen administratör eller personansvarig.
Välj Användare i sidofältet och välj eller sök sedan efter användare i sökfältet. Se Så här söker du.
Markera användarna i listan.
Välj Redigera bredvid Uppdatera hanterade Apple‑ID:n, tryck sedan på knappen Lägg till för att välja vad det hanterade Apple-ID:t ska börja med.
Du kan även ange text, såsom en punkt (till exempel eliza.block), i fältet.
Välj en domän i listan och välj sedan Fortsätt.
Gör något av följande:
Välj Aktivitet för att visa aktiviteten.
Välj Klar.
