View, re-download and manage apps in the App Store on Mac
You can view and re-download the apps you purchased with your Apple Account. If you don’t want certain apps to appear in your purchase history, you can hide them.
View and re-download purchased apps
Go to the App Store app on your Mac.
Click your name in the bottom-left corner (or click Sign In if you’re not signed in).
Your account appears with all of your purchased apps.
If you’re using a Mac computer with Apple silicon, any iPhone or iPad apps you purchased that work on your Mac are also listed. Click iPhone & iPad Apps to see the list of apps. See Use iPhone and iPad apps on Mac with Apple silicon.
To re-download an app, click next to an item.
View your purchase history
Go to the App Store app on your Mac.
Click your name in the bottom-left corner (or click Sign In if you’re not signed in).
Your account appears with all of your purchased apps.
Click Account Settings at the top of the window, then sign in again if necessary.
In the Purchase History section, click See All.
To narrow the results, enter the name, price or order ID in the search field.
To change the search criteria, click “Last 90 Days, Paid”, then set any of the following:
Date range
Cost (free or paid)
Type
Family member (if you’re the organiser of a Family Sharing group)
Hide and show apps
Go to the App Store app on your Mac.
Click your name in the bottom-left corner (or click Sign In if you’re not signed in).
Do any of the following:
Hide a purchased app: Hold the pointer over an app, click , then choose Hide Purchase.
View hidden apps: Click Account Settings at the top of the window, then sign in again if necessary. In the window that appears, click Manage in the Hidden Items section, then click Unhide to the right of the app you want to show. When you’re finished, click Done.
