Review Apps and Books payment and billing information in Apple School Manager
In Apple School Manager, you can manage your Apps and Books payment method, view app purchase history and review your payment history. When you change your payment method, any future billing is directed to the new payment method. Billing that is in progress continues to use the original payment method.
You can also maintain store credit if you want to buy content using a purchase order (PO). To do so, do one of the following:
Sign in to your organisation’s Apple online store.
Contact your Apple Sales representative.
After your organisation has set up your account and Apple successfully processes your order, you can add the Credit code to Apple School Manager to add VPP credit to your Apps and Books account.
For more information, see the Apple Support article Where to buy VPP Credit for Apple School Manager, Apple Business Manager and Apple Business Essentials.
Adding or replacing credit or debit cards
When you add or replace a credit or debit card, make sure the limit on the card is sufficient for purchasing apps or books for your organisation. If a credit card has reached a specified limit, you may be asked to remove licences or increase your credit limit.
Note: You can select None instead of adding or replacing a credit or debit card. This allows your organisation to get free apps and books and assign them to devices or users.
