We are looking for a full-time, in-person Hiring Testing Specialist.
We’re looking for someone with a friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality.
An interpersonal, confident, and organized representative for Balance of Nature.
Someone who can handle confidential and sensitive information and conversations.
Using your skills and character you will help candidates through the hiring process.
You will do this by organizing the completion of candidates' background and drug testing process.
What you will do:
Specialize in drug and background checks as well as verifying I-9 forms
Help onboarding candidates in-person and over digital meetings like Zoom
Collaborate with team members to get candidates through the hiring process
Lead and take notes in group interviews and more traditional interviews
Manage and organize confidential and sensitive information of candidates
Contact candidates to update them on their status in the hiring process through phone, email, and text message
Assist candidates with inquiries like benefits, compensation, policy, and more as needed
Update candidates information and statuses in a human resources management system

Proficiency in Google Workspace

Pay: $15.
