Responsibilities:
- Provide senior leadership and strategic planning for the school
- Manage and supervise staff members, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
- Oversee curriculum development and implementation, ensuring alignment with educational standards
- Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that supports student growth and achievement
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and community stakeholders to create a supportive learning environment
- Conduct regular evaluations of staff performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Develop and manage the school budget, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Represent the school in public speaking engagements and community events
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with students in an educational setting
- Strong background in education administration, including experience in a leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement curriculum aligned with educational standards
- Proven track record in strategic planning and decision-making
- Experience managing budgets and allocating resources effectively
- Excellent public speaking skills, with the ability to represent the school in various settings
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with staff, students, parents, and community members
