Description We are currently seeking a certified welding instructor to join our team.
As a certified welding instructor, you will play a key role in training and guiding students in the art of welding.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with expert knowledge in welding techniques and a passion for teaching.
In this position, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering comprehensive welding instruction to students of all levels.
You will work closely with a diverse group of individuals, including students, faculty, and industry professionals, to ensure a rich and rewarding learning experience.
You will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in various welding processes, including MIG, TIG, and FCAW arc welding (Shielded and Gas), to instruct students on proper welding techniques, safety procedures, and equipment maintenance.
Additionally, you will evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their growth and development.
Responsibilities Prepare and deliver comprehensive welding instruction to students of all levels Instruct students on proper welding techniques, safety procedures, and equipment maintenance Demonstrate welding techniques and guide students in practice exercises Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their growth and development Collaborate with faculty and industry professionals to ensure a rich and rewarding learning experience Assist in the development and implementation of curriculum and instructional materials Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and assessments Requirements Certified welding professional with a valid welding certification Proven experience in various welding processes, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding Strong knowledge of welding equipment and safety procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to effectively instruct and guide students of all levels A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
