Tap Instructor

We are seeking an experienced tap dance instructor to teach beginning - advanced students ages 5-18 years old.
Applicants should have at least four or more years of teaching experience and able to teach of variety of tap styles such as classical tap, rhythm tap, musical (or Broadway) tap, funk tap, etc.
Applicants should be seeking a long-term teaching commitment of one or more years.
We are looking for dedicated teachers who will enjoy watching their students grow each year.

Additional hours are available if the candidate has teaching experience in other Dance styles.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement engaging lesson plans - Provide instruction in the designated subject area - Manage classroom or group behavior effectively - Assess student progress and provide feedback - Create a positive and inclusive learning environment - Utilize effective teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners Requirements: - Previous experience working with students in a teaching or mentoring capacity - Strong classroom management skills - Ability to educate and inspire students - Choreograph dances for performance classes and attend extra performance dates If you are passionate about teaching and have the skills to engage and motivate students, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity as an Instructor.
