Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pilates Instructor to join our team.
As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for leading and instructing clients in various Pilates exercises and techniques.
You will create personalized workout programs, provide guidance on proper form and technique, and motivate clients to achieve their fitness goals.

Duties:
- Conduct group and private Pilates sessions for clients of all fitness levels
- Develop personalized workout programs based on individual client needs and goals
- Instruct clients on proper form, technique, and breathing during exercises
- Provide modifications or variations of exercises to accommodate clients with different abilities or limitations
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their workout programs as needed
- Educate clients on the benefits of Pilates and promote its integration into their overall fitness routine
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
Experience:
- Certified Pilates Instructor with a recognized certification program
- Strong knowledge of Pilates principles, exercises, and equipment
- Experience working with clients of various fitness levels and abilities
- Background in related disciplines such as CrossFit, dance, yoga, kickboxing, or personal training is a plus
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics
- Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate and inspire clients
- Experience in fitness sales or program design is an advantage
