Early Head Start Center Teacher

Root for Kids is seeking a dependable person to work as part of a team in an Early Head Start center, located in Colorado City, AZ.
This is not a remote position.
Will be co-teaching and caring for 8 little children ages birth to 3 yrs old.
Must be someone who really cares about children and their outcomes, and has experience working with very young children.
Full time, 40 hours per week, with a full benefit package including paid holidays and vacation time.
This job requires the preparation of age appropriate daily activities and the set up and clean up of daily classroom and playground experiences.
Associates degree or higher in a field related to early childhood preferred, or must obtain a center-based CDA within one year of hire.
Requires some paperwork and basic computer skills.

This position needs a person who is fully mobile, able to speak and hear and able to lift up to 30 lbs, with accommodations made for those with disabilities.
Center is open Monday through Friday.
