One for math and one for science.

We are building $10mm in new facilities, including a new school, at our ranch on the west side of Cedar City.

The successful candidate will:
\* Have a current teaching certificate or a bachelor's degree, in any field, and a willingness to pursue a teaching certificate or endorsement through an alternative licensure program, preference in someone who is certified or has a bachelor's degree in mathematics, science or social studies.

Compensation:
\* $38K to $60K depending on experience, cultural fit, and growth potential.

Position Description:
Teachers at Havenwood provide direct instruction courses in their content area and may be asked to teach 3-5 preps in that subject.

Middle School Math, Math I, Math II and Geometry.
Teachers may also be required to teach an elective course and also facilitate, tutor and manage our on-line curriculum grades 6-12.

Class sizes are small, usually 6-10 students.
Teachers set daily, weekly and monthly goals for individual students and class.
Must be organized and maintain accurate school records and grades.
Teachers must have good classroom management skills and work cooperatively with classroom academic/behavioral staff.
The person Havenwood is looking for needs to love disadvantaged clients who are frequently from the lower end of the socioeconomic spectrum.
At Havenwood, our goal is to serve public pay clients and give them a private pay treatment experience.
We work with teen girls who have significant trauma in their young lives.
