Box Sign Scheduled Maintenance

Completed - The scheduled maintenance has been completed.

Box Sign should be fully operational at this time with users able to resume activity as normal. Existing Box Sign data was not affected during the maintenance period, as anticipated.

Scheduled - Starting on Saturday, December 7th, 2024 Box will be performing maintenance on Box Sign. The maintenance will begin at 1:00 AM Pacific Standard Time and is expected to complete by 2:00 AM Pacific Standard Time.

Box Sign will be unavailable during this maintenance window. Existing Box Sign data will not be affected.

After the maintenance concludes, users will be able to resume activity with Box Sign normally. We will also closely monitor the status of Box Sign throughout the maintenance and immediately thereafter. Updates on the maintenance as well as any changes in status will be shared through our status site, https://status.box.com.
