You're navigating conflicting opinions on brand direction. How do you bring stakeholders to a consensus?
I believe that we need to keep opinions and emotions aside and focus on the Why we do the What we do and who we do it for which is the consumer. I would bring data and help people understand focus on putting themselves in the shoes of the consumer and then talk why we have differing opinions? I have found when you focus on the consumer the brand is built for and the purpose why this brand exists you can diffuse a lot of conflicting conversations
