Evaluating human dialogue is a complex task, as our conversation are never structured. There are, however, cases where there is some structure in our conversation, e.g., in a typical call center, dialogue between a call center agent and customer revolves around certain topics of conversation. These dialogues can be evaluated based on some pre-specified criteria as well as sub-criteria. This evaluation is typically done manually, which can be be time-consuming, motivating the need for an automated system that employs Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms to evaluate dialogues efficiently. In this paper, we have proposed a novel dialogue-evaluation framework that leverages recent advancements in deep learning research. The contributions of this work are two fold. Firstly, we introduce a straightforward end-to-end framework – CallAI, for evaluating dialogues in any domain, based on some predefined hierarchical criteria. Secondly, we present a novel algorithm – TAABLM, utilizing a novel combination of aspect-based learning along with traditional TF-IDF features for text. We show in this paper, that TAABLM outperforms conventional baselines such as BERT, LSTM, etc, delivering improved performance in automated dialogue evaluation, whereas CallAI offers a simple yet elegant framework for an AI-based solution to hierarchical dialogue evaluation. We demonstrate the efficacy of our proposed framework and proposed algorithm on three datasets, where we quantify performance in terms of an aggregated dialogue-score as well as in terms of either accuracy or AuROC metrics. In this review article, we focus on the literature of empathetic dialogue systems, whose goal is to enhance the perception and expression of emotional states, personal preference, and knowledge. Accordingly, we identify three key features that underpin such systems: emotionawareness, personality-awareness, and knowledge-accessibility. “Facebook”, “Twitter”, “YouTube”, “ask.fm” and themain term “cyberbullying”. The age range wasincorporated by adding keywords such as “youth”, “highschool students”, or “teenager”. All searches were limit
to articles published between 2007 and 2017. Additionally,a random sample of 1345 avid readers of a Facebookpage completed a survey on cyberbullying. Among those,using stratified sampling method, 550 responses frompeople who were affected by cyberbullying were analysedas well as 10 case studies on victims of cyberbullying wereconducted. The results from literature review, survey andcase studies uncovered important findings, include 1)more youths are being exposed to cyberbullying thantraditional bullying, 2) anonymous cyberbullying is on therise due to the fast-paced technology, and 3)cyberbullying affects youth well-being, both mentally andpsychologically. Limitation of the study includes theadequacy of quantitative analysis and generalizability ofgiven statistics. Finally, the present results providerelevant agenda, including the roles of media contentprovider in liberating the understanding of cyberbullyingconsequences, the urge for an in-depth analysis onimpacts of cyberbullying on key behavioural andpsychological outcomes, and the need to increase socialawareness on cyberbullying. As the development of the Internet andsocial media has grown rapidly, forming online peersupport groups can be an efficient way to target thesechallenges, alleviate symptoms and reduce disease burdenand demands of care. A few studies have been conductedin other countries, and shown evidence that online peersupport groups can help reduce mood disordersymptoms, anxiety symptoms and increase remission rate,and foster empowerment, self-control and self-confidence which are essential in handling psychologicaldistress. However, with the difference in cultural andsocial setting, the application of such intervention in Vietnam still needs to be evaluated. This paper aims toassess the effectiveness of online peer support groupsand its activities with people who are suffering from acutestress and mental disorders in Vietnam through surveyingone of the largest online peer support groups, BeautifulMind Vietnam (BMVN). Intervention provided includesonline peer counseling, psychology first aid, and offlineself-help workshops. Results showed that approximately70% of received responses rated the intervention ashelpful for people with mental health problem, in whichthese types of support helped them alleviate acute stress,symptoms of mood disorders and provide them a senseof community engagement. After 2 years of operation, as a founder of the organization, I have always wanted to write an in-depth book that generalize and assemble mental illnesses and abnormal psychology into one place. Why? Because most of the books about this field are very complicated, hard to understand and it is used for psychology and/or psychiatry students only; not to mention the accessibility of these books. Secondly, my burning passion is to bring mental health and clinical psychology’s knowledge base to everyone, so that they will not misunderstand, afraid of it, and at least know what it is to deal with it. Of course, you must go to see a specialist or doctor if you think you have mental illness or know someone has, but this book may be the first step to encourage you to research about it. We often fear things we do not understand; therefore, this book will unveil some of its myths to you.

Cuốn sách này viết cho những người không hoàn hảo, những người bị tổn thương, và những người bị xã hội cho là yếu đuối. Đây sẽ là một người bạn vô hình tồn tại bên cạnh chúng ta để xoa dịu những nỗi đau, cho dù là tạm thời, và khiến chúng ta hiểu rằng sự tồn tại của những điều không may trong cuộc sống này rất có thể sẽ là tiền đề cho sự cảm thông, thấu hiểu với người khác. Tương lai thì chưa tới mà quá khứ thì cũng đã qua, nên hãy xin khép lại những lo lắng muộn phiền và hãy thưởng thức cuốn sách này cùng với một ngụm trà hoặc một tách cà phê nóng, hoặc bạn có thể mang lên xe buýt và đọc, bởi đây sẽ là một cuộc hành trình chậm rãi nhưng thú vị. Đừng vội nhé. Chúng ta sẽ đến đích sớm thôi.
