At the penultimate session of the programme, our Intake 7 Fellows exercised collective ownership and contributed insights to one another’s interventions. Crafting their elevator pitches to sharpen their thought processes and articulation, each idea was met with constructive feedback to elevate its potential for impact.    With the lunchtime sharing that followed, Fellows engaged in candid conversation with National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre (NVPC)’s Chief Operating Officer Tony LAI, reflecting on their journey through the programme thus far and the questions they've grappled with along the way.   The focus then shifted to preparing for the long run, as the Fellows then headed over to Ya Kun International Pte Ltd's flagship outlet at Far East Square, hosted by Jesher Loi (Intake 4) for an afternoon of sharing with past Fellows, alongside Craig Houliston (NielsenIQ, Intake 5) and Yik Heng CHOI (PwC Singapore, Intake 6). The trio shared their own experiences and challenges as Company of Good Fellows, and how learning to be more purpose-driven has played a major role in helping them make better decisions in their work.   The day ended with final encouragements from the past Fellows to the current intake, with a call to continue supporting and spurring one another as a cohort towards meaningful impact through their work.
