    our last seminar of the year for SOLAS and and what away to finish. We had the privilege of co-hosting an engaging session on the Singapore Variable Capital Company, "VCC Essentials - Beyond Just Theories", where we we discussed the practical considerations of a VCC, spanning legal, tax, governance, and administration. A huge thank you to our co-hosts and speakers Pearlyn Chew, Albert Ee, Benedict Tan and Woan Ting Lee for their contributions and partnership in making this event a success. And of course, our gratitude to everyone who joined us to share insights and connections. We look forward to continuing the conversation and supporting the growth of the VCC framework in Singapore!
