    Every year, the Academic Works releases the results of its Young Professional Attraction Index survey which maps young workers' views of Norwegian employers and recognizes Norway's most attractive workplace.

    Every year, the Academic Works releases the results of its Young Professional Attraction Index survey which maps young workers' views of Norwegian employers and recognizes Norway's most attractive workplace.

    Yara has never appeared in the rankings of this study and it is has been dominated by mostly international, technology based companies for the past several years.

    In 2021, we collaborated with Davide Ceper, Simone Sala, Fernando Grasso Trigo, and Juliana Xavier to create Varda - Field Data Exchange. Varda’s mission is to enable the use of field-level data to accelerate the transition towards a nature-positive food system. The challenge of data fragmentation and lack of standards of data produced on farms every day hinders progress towards this goal. Varda operates a digital platform, Global Field ID, that assigns a unique identifier to field boundaries…

    In 2021, we collaborated with Davide Ceper, Simone Sala, Fernando Grasso Trigo, and Juliana Xavier to create Varda - Field Data Exchange. Varda’s mission is to enable the use of field-level data to accelerate the transition towards a nature-positive food system. The challenge of data fragmentation and lack of standards of data produced on farms every day hinders progress towards this goal. Varda operates a digital platform, Global Field ID, that assigns a unique identifier to field boundaries, allowing for the identification of files globally. By creating a common geospatial reference for fields, Varda improves interoperability of digital farming tools and data exchange across the entire food value chain.
    Through the widespread adoption of Global Field ID, Varda aims to bring together leaders from the agri-food industry to collaborate on transitioning to a more sustainable, resilient, and transparent food system. Industry stakeholders can leverage the benefits of Varda's platform, such as better data accuracy, improved decision-making, and enhanced supply chain traceability. With Varda, the industry can speak the same language and work towards a shared vision of a nature-positive food system.

    In 2021, I had the pleasure of collaborating with Alex Bell, Anastasia Pavolovic, Juliana Xavier, and others to create Agoro Carbon Alliance. Together, we developed the brand from the ground up, including its name, logo, visual profile, purpose, values, positioning, and communication platform with the internal team and key external stakeholders.
    Climate change is one of the greatest challenges facing our world today, with carbon emissions contributing to its negative effects. Agoro Carbon Alliance was created to provide a solution grounded in the soil, capturing carbon and supporting farmers and ranchers in implementing proven conservation tactics to build healthy soils. By partnering with Agoro Carbon Alliance, farmers and ranchers can access agronomist expertise, gain a new revenue stream, and improve their profitability while contributing to the fight against climate change. Specific examples of the conservation tactics that Agoro Carbon Alliance supports could include no-till farming, cover cropping, and rotational grazing. Agoro Carbon Alliance delivers clear benefits for farmers, ranchers, and the environment, creating a win-win scenario for all involved.
