Can someone explain one thing to me about YouTube ads? You have the budget for a video, some animation, maybe you've even hired someone to film a video for you with all the casting, briefing, and post-production. You've even added some background music. So far, so good. Then you have the media budget to put into YouTube. But why haven't you paid a voice actor €200 (or even less) to add a voice-over to your video? 😿 It amazes me every time. Big brands, small brands, global companies, local companies... 💡 Po tip: Always add a voice-over to your YouTube videos! The easiest way to boost welcome flow revenue is to resend the first email in the flow to non-openers. More people open -> more people buy. Simple.

Think about it: You don’t buy a Rolex for the time. You buy it because it says "I’ve made it" You don’t buy a Ferrari for transportation. You buy it because "success should be seen" You don’t hire a top business coach for advice. You hire them because "I’m ready to dominate" It’s not the product. 𝘐𝘵’𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘶𝘱𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘥𝘦. The brain isn’t logical... ...it’s EMOTIONAL. People justify their decisions with logic. 𝘉𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘥𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘣𝘢𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘰𝘯 𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘺. They don’t ask: "What do I need?" They ask: "Who do I want to become?" 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗵 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘁𝗵: If you sell services, you’ll always be compared. If you sell identity, you’ll always be chosen. So... What version of themselves are... ...your clients becoming after working with you? -- 𝗣.𝗦. **DET#42: Use Emails to Test Ads** Most people test their ads by putting some test budget behind them and seeing what works. But there is a step you can take before that to have a leg up before you launch ads. After you've decided on the different angles your ads might take, write a simple email that promotes your sales page from each angle. So 5 angles = 5 emails. For example, each one might talk about a different feature of your offer or highlight a particular advantage. Then send each one out each day. 1 a day. After those 5 days take a look at the click through rates of those emails and you'll see which angles people likes. This isn't perfect of course because your subscribers are already warm to you and worn from you. Warm: they know you. Worn: they might have seen this offer a lot But the ONE thing that is really important here is to see the angle that was least engaged with. That one didn't resonate very well. And that's great information for you.

In our Butterboard you now have - Ability to set permissions to edit the board - The ‘Follow me’ functionality (necessary for any presentation and tons of collaboration) - Anonymity on your board - Embedded images, YouTube (and much more stuff!) ☝️ Tip: If you’re using online whiteboards to recreate the traditional teacher-student dynamic, you’ll want the Edit permissions set to ‘Facilitators only’, otherwise, set it to ‘Everyone’. This is just a few of many updates we made. One of the things this unlocked is the ability to have ButterBoards as templates! More to come on that What else should we add to our Butterboards? I can't stand being on LinkedIn. So here's what I sometimes do instead. I get my team to capture all the best posts. Bookmark them. Then we apply a bit of ai and get them in bullet point form. Still linking the og. And I read the bullets. This saves me time doom scrolling the junk we see on here. And if a bullet arouses me, I click for more. -- From an advertising perspective, we're really focusing on conversion rate for clients right now. So, when we bookmark brilliant conversion rate strategies, they also then drop into AmzDesignKit. And we organise all the conversion rate stuff in there, ready to help our clients on a new level.
