Acast omdelade detta
Yesterday, the Acast product department had the pleasure of hosting Ed Stuart-Bourne from Monzo Bank in our final External Product Corner of the year 🗯️ 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬: 🧑🦰 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫-𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞: Monzo’s ethos puts customer needs ahead of short-term business gains, embedding customer-centricity in every decision. ➿ 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥-𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐩𝐬: Their in-app pulse surveys feed directly into Slack, enabling teams to act quickly on customer feedback. A great model for keeping teams connected to the user experience. 🍦 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: Monzo ensures “polish” and delightful features (like emoji reactions on payments) are prioritized alongside larger initiatives, supported by leadership buy-in. 🤖 𝐇𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐬 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬: From Gambling Block to Mortgages, some of their most impactful products started as hackathon ideas—a reminder of the power of experimentation. Here’s to bringing some of that Monzo magic into 2025 at Acast! 💡✨ This product corner wrapped our list of speakers over the past year, which have included world-class product leaders from not only Monzo, but also Blue Origin, Miro, TikTok and GoogleLabs 🌟 I firmly believe that outside inspiration and product war stories spark creativity and fuel new ideas for our team at Acast. Speaking of Acast, we’re gearing up for a BIG 2025. 🚀 Keep an eye on our careers page: https://www.acast.com/jobs as we begin rolling out some exciting new roles —come join the journey! 🎉 #ProductManagement #Innovation #TeamAcast #Hiring
