Bookkeeper

*About us* Fix My Roof LLC is a small roofing business located in Santa Fe, NM.
The Bookkeeper postion will start at 20 hours a week and progess into full-time position, 40 hours a week.
Responsibilities: - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes - Conduct general ledger reconciliation on a regular basis - Process payroll and ensure accurate record-keeping - Quickbooks - Handle technical accounting duties as needed - Assist with clerical tasks related to accounting functions Experience: - Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or related field - Proficiency in Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel - Strong knowledge of general ledger reconciliation procedures - Familiarity with payroll processing and 10 key typing - Ability to perform accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks effectively Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Benefits: * Paid time off * Professional development assistance Experience level: * 2 years * 3 years Schedule: * Monday to Friday Ability to Relocate: * Santa Fe, NM: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
