This posting will be used to conduct ongoing recruitment and will remain open until filled.
Why does the job exist?
This position will take the lead in running financial reports in SHARE Financials, collaborating with internal and external personnel to acquire project status updates and complete quarterly reporting in the Capital Projects Monitoring System (CPMS)
How does it get done?
- Preparation and monitoring of all Capitol Projects and Special Appropriations throughout the fiscal year, including Quarterly CPMS reporting.
- Prepare and provide accurate and timely monthly budgetary reports for all Capitol Projects and Special Appropriations for
management review.
- Analyze, monitor, and evaluate multiple budgets, encumbrance, and actual expenditure activities.
- Take lead in completing quarterly Capitol Projects and Special Appropriations reporting for the DoIT.
- Contributes to the agency with competent and thorough budgetary analysis, monitoring and reporting capabilities to ensure statutory requirements are met.

- Experience taking responsibility for accounting and financial activities of government programs or contracts;
- Experience researching policy and analyzing data;
- Experience analyzing financial records;
- Experience monitoring and reporting of multiple funding sources.
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration and four (4) years of experience in accounting, finance, economics and/or statistical analysis.

Employment Requirements
Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License or State Issued ID.

Working Conditions
Work is performed in an office setting with exposure to Visual/Video Display Terminal (VDT) and extensive personal computer and phone usage.
Some sitting, standing, bending and reaching may be required.
Some occasional travel is required for meetings and conferences.
