78 Hourly $40,018 - $64,029 Annually This position is a Pay Band 60 Posting Details THIS POSTING WILL BE USED FOR ON-GOING RECRUITMENT AND WILL REMAIN OPEN UNTIL FILLED.
Why does the job exist? This position is responsible for auditing of a variety of payment vouchers/approvals to internal/external entities and adhering to State/Federal Rules/Regulations & the NM State Procurement Code.
This position will also be responsible to provide subject matter expertise to lower level audit/financial staff in the various facilities/divisions.
How does it get done? Conduct comprehensive/complete audits of all types of payment vouchers submitted for approval.
Reviews of financial documents associated with vendor reimbursements and audits of Share vouchers to ensure compliance.
Address concerns timely and professionally regarding payment vouchers through excellent customer service.
Who are the customers? Employees, suppliers and other internal/external customers.

Knowledge of NM Procurement Code Minimum Qualification Associates Degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing or Business Administration and two (2) years directly related work experience in accounting, auditing, finance and/or budgeting.
