*The Purpose of Your Role* As a Recruiting Coordinator at [Your Company Name], you will play a key role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts.
You will work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
*Responsibilities* * *Scheduling:* Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and other recruitment-related activities between candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.
* *Candidate Communication:* Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates, gather necessary information, and ensure a positive experience.
* *Application Tracking System (ATS):* Manage candidate data in our ATS, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
* *Onboarding Support:* Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing necessary documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
* *Job Postings:* Create and post job openings on various platforms and assist in maintaining an up-to-date careers page on the company website.
* *Reference Checks:* Coordinate and conduct reference checks for potential hires.
* *Event Coordination:* Assist in the planning and execution of recruiting events, job fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
* Adheres to all company policies and procedures * Other duties as assigned *The Skills and Expertise You Have* * Supervisory requirements * Proficient knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer software * Accurate and efficient electronic data entry * Must be punctual and maintain excellent attendance * Organized, detail-oriented, takes the initiative, and completes job responsibilities independently * Multitask, problem-solve, interpersonal skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills * Thrives in a changing work environment, including inside, outside, and loud noise level *Preferred Qualifications* * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 3-5 years previous experience in a recruiting or administrative role is a plus.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
