The Account Coordinator will be a part of the Campbell Companies Credit Department.
The Credit Department is made up of a team of 17 highly motivated professionals.
The Credit Department offers support for all the Campbell Companies subsidiaries.
Job Duties:
Understand how to work and keep others safe in the work environment
Create relationships with customers when possible
Monitor assigned accounts to identify any outstanding invoices or issues
Answer phone calls as they come in
Respond to emails promptly
Ensure customers are receiving their invoices & statements
Contact customers with a past due balance via phone, email, written letters, and meeting in person
Collect payments from customers
Partner with the accounts receivable department to ensure accurate posting of payments
Reconcile accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
Plan, prepare and present payment plans to customers that have past due balances
Work with internal departments to provide them with accounts receivable aging reports
Experience:
Collections 1-2 years
Work experience in the credit industry 1-2 years (preferred)
Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel, etc).
Education:
High school degree (required)
Associates degree (preferred)
