Target pay for this role will be $18 an hour, plus up to $500 in monthly bonus.

Responsibilities:
Guide and assist agents in the navigation though various software systems.
Liaise with other departments in order to ensure the policies and procedures are followed by all parties.
Ability to provide updates and resolution to issues in a timely manner.
Ability to address topics and problems with the “big picture” in mind.
Respond promptly to agent inquiries.
Keep records of customer interactions, transaction, comments, and complaints
Develop and maintain relationships.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Qualifications:
Strong computer skills
Problem Solving
Root cause analysis
High level of comfort with MS programs, specifically Excel
Strong work ethic
Excellent written and oral communication
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
Priority management skills
Ability to multitask.
