of Salt Lake City, UT is searching for a full-time Electrical Onsite Inventory Coordinator to join our team for our historical Downtown Salt Lake Temple Project.
This position requires self-motivation and self-management of work with strong interpersonal skills to meet with users in a face-to-face environment.
This full-time Electrical Onsite Inventory Coordinator position receives a competitive wage commensurate with experience and position responsibilities.

Major Duties:
Coordinate the receipt of electrical materials and equipment for timely arrival to and from the site.
Attend daily meetings to coordinate time frames with crane crews on material and equipment movements across the jobsite.
Organize, manage, and maintain spreadsheets for jobsite material inventory.
Coordinate closely with project managers, superintendent, foreman, purchasing, and warehouse regarding needs and deliveries.
Create, manage, and provide the necessary reports regarding material handling to the appropriate level of management.
Diplomatically manage inventory team and provide appropriate training, positive and constructive feedback
Able to provide additional support as needed to meet deadlines.
Cycle Counts for onsite inventory.

Minimum Qualifications:
Onsite Inventory Experience
Electrical Parts and Equipment Knowledge
2 years experience in Logistics including shipping & receiving, inventory control, and material handling in a construction setting.
Positive attitude and team player
Hard-working
Experience with Microsoft Office products; specifically, Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Ability to learn to operate a forklift
Highly organized and detail oriented
High School/GED
Valid Drivers License
Creative thinking with the ability to create and implement improvements to the logistics process
Preferred Qualifications:
Construction and/or electrical knowledge
Delivery/driving experience with a construction background
Forklift certification

WORK SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position with a typical working schedule of Monday - Thursday, 6:30 am – 3:30 pm, Friday, 6:30 am – 1:00 pm.
