In addition to being a part of a collaborative and supportive work environment, we offer: * Modern office setting including a gym * Full-service office space and practice management * Growth opportunities * Continuing education assistance * Accreditation with insurance companies Responsibilities: - Conduct patient assessments to determine mental health needs and develop treatment plans - Provide crisis intervention and support to individuals experiencing acute mental health episodes - Utilize evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, EMDR, and trauma-informed practices to address patient needs - Facilitate group therapy sessions to promote peer support and skill-building - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards - Stay current on research and best practices in the field of mental health - Participate in clinic community outreach activities Requirements: - Valid license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) - Masters Degree or higher - Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans - Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and ability to provide immediate support - Familiarity with diagnostic criteria, including ICD-10, for mental health disorders - Strong understanding of medical terminology related to mental health conditions - Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams - Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently Skills: - Crisis intervention - Systems thinking - Patient assessment - PTSD care - Cognitive-behavioral therapy - Working with people with developmental disabilities - Knowledge of ICD-10 diagnostic criteria - EMDR Certification - Group therapy facilitation skills - Research proficiency Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
