Job Description
We are looking for a professional, innovative, and detailed individual who is numbers-driven to join our Accounting team.
This individual will be responsible for a wide range of activities, including month-end closing processes and reconciliations, along with a variety of other financial analysis, compliance, and special projects.
This individual will ensure integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, and entering transactions.

This is a full-time, in office position at our headquarters in Sandy, UT.

Duties And Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.
Process timely accounts payable transactions, including invoice verification, vendor management, and payable analytics.
2.
Calculate and manage monthly commissions and payments.
3.
Meet month-end closing deadlines by preparing reconciliations and journal entries.
4.
Prepare financial reports in accordance with GAAP and provide financial analysis to CFO.
5.
Meet deadlines while paying attention to detail, working autonomously, and driving results.
6.
Collaborate with internal departments to complete accurate records and provide accounting support.
7.
Oversee multiple projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills:
1.
Currently working toward or already received a BA/AA degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related Business field.
2.
1-2 years of accounting experience.
3.
Understanding of GAAP and the accrual method of accounting.
4.
Highly experienced in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
5.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
6.
Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
7.
Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
8.
Successful track record in meeting deadlines while handling multiple projects.
9.
Willing and able to learn new skills and techniques, take on new challenges and responsibilities.
10.
Strong organization and planning skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
