*Background and experience: *
* *Skilled Veterinary Technician* *with more than 3 years of hands-on experience*
* Dependable, enthusiastic, hardworking, honest, and team orientated individual

* Ability to provide the gold standard of medicine and client communication
* Long-term commitment to the veterinary field
* Familiarity (or experience with) Avimark is a plus
*Responsibilities:*
* Anesthetic induction
* Anesthesia monitoring
* Surgical preparation and assistance
* Dental prophy
* Digital radiology
* Patient handling and restraint
* Blood draws
* IV catheter placement
* Suture wounds and incisions
* Pharmacy duties
* Lab work
* Drug calculations
* Outpatient procedures
* Microscopic evaluation
* Administer vaccines, injections, and medications
* Client service, communication and education
* Welcoming and discharging patients
