```Duties```
- Perform therapeutic massages on clients using various techniques such as deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and acute pain management.
- Assess clients' medical history, conditions, and symptoms to determine the most appropriate massage techniques.
- Provide physical examinations and assessments to identify areas of tension, pain, or discomfort.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals.
- Educate clients on self-care techniques and exercises to enhance the benefits of the massage therapy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information, treatment plans, and progress.
```Experience```
- Proficient in a wide range of massage techniques including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and acute pain management.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to effectively target specific muscle groups and alleviate pain or tension.
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to musculoskeletal conditions and injuries.
- Excellent patient service skills with the ability to create a comfortable and welcoming environment for clients.
- Experience in occupational health or working with patients who have specific medical conditions is a plus.
Requirements:
- Valid state license as a massage therapist.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
- Ability to adapt massage techniques based on individual client preferences and conditions.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
