We are looking to hire a full time Diesel Mechanic to work in our Rowley, Utah Plant site.
Pay is 28.
85 to 35.
77 DOE to start with opportunities for advancement.
Mechanics will be working around molten magnesium, heavy equipment, chemicals, gases and very high temperatures.
PPE will be provided.
Applicants must be able to work Mon-Fri 7am to 3:30pm and overtime as needed.
Requirements
Knowledgeable in heavy industrial mechanics, equipment troubleshooting, diagnostics, repair, and operation.
Minimum of 2 years documented work experience in industrial mobile equipment repairs or completion of a certified training program as a diesel mechanic, heavy equipment repairman, or hydraulic technician.
Must have EPA certification for Automotive Air Conditioning - available online at www.

Must be able to lift 50+lbs and work in a heavy industrial environment.
Ability to work as a team and individually.
Must be willing to work overtime as needed
Effective time management skills.
Conscientiousness, punctuality, and dependability are essential.
Must have reliable transportation.
Job Duties
Rebuilds and repairs plant mechanical equipment and machinery with an emphasis on mobile equipment.
Completes inspections, servicing, adjustments, and repairs to all types of mobile equipment and stationary engines.
Uses and understands reference literature to perform inspections, adjustments, and repairs to all types of mobile equipment.
Rebuilds transmissions, torque converters, final drives, and other essential components on heavy equipment.
Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs electrical system problems on all types of plant mobile equipment.
Re-wires electrical systems as needed.
Troubleshoot, diagnoses and repairs of hydraulic systems.
Requires moderate physical exertion, good dexterity, coordination and good vision.
Frequently lifts upwards of 50 pounds and be able to climb stairs and ladders.
