What will you do in the role as Projects Coordinator? The primary focus of this position will be to provide immediate support to our operations division, for our customer base to include Shazam Homes Services Customers, Oakwood Homeowners, Field Staff, Trade Partners, and Internal Customers You Have: Maintain a courteous and professional manner with all interactions and communicate clearly and concisely.
All transactions must be taken with a customer-first attitude.
Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships and collaborate with customers and stakeholders.
Oversee and be the lead point of contact for accounts assigned, develop new business as needed, and actively seek new opportunities.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions for objectives and customer needs! Demonstrates ability to clearly communicate, listen, present, and influence internal and/or external customers.
Responsible for weekly calls/meetings as necessary with any internal and/or external customers Critical thinking skills necessary for situational awareness depend on interaction.
Must be flexible and willing to take on new projects or change direction as needed.
Must be highly organized, time managed, and structured individual with the ability to juggle multiple accounts with high level of attention to detail.
Call upon Homeowners for renewals of Maintenance Agreements.
Divisional support to Field Technicians and Managers, including any necessary research, clerical and administrative support as needed.
May be required to support reporting to identify trends and/or patterns and clearly communicate updates as necessary.
General understanding of the company policies and structure Other projects as assigned.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: Experience providing business support in a busy environment.
Experience of data input ensuring accuracy, and where appropriate, sensitive, and confidential information.
Strong communication and customer service experience; preferably in homebuilding or related industry Must be able to communicate effectively.
Excellent time management and organization skills Strong writing and verbal communication skills Proficient in all Microsoft application Must be energetic, self-motivated, team player, with a sense of urgency.
Warranty or Construction knowledge a plus.
High school diploma or GED required plus (3+) years customer service and / or residential warranty experience.
