As a *Technical Training & e-Learning Developer *in our e-learning team, you will assist the Head of e-Learning and Regional Training Managers to coordinate in all aspects of multiple training projects.
You also get the opportunity to work with our global pool of resources assigned to projects and embrace a culturally diverse atmosphere while coordinating these global process control, optimization, and standardization of training projects for the mining industry.
*Your responsibilities*
* Design, create, and maintain modularized eLearning content for FLSmidth's product range, including assessments, scenario-based training, interactive elements, presentation material, facilitator guides, and participant material.
* Create user profiles, issue certificates upon course completion, upload SCORM files, LMS,
* Work effectively with various departments, subject matter experts, and content specialists to source the necessary documentation and information.
* Choose appropriate delivery methods for training content, such as case studies and visual aids, to suit participants' needs and reinforce learning.
* Identifying training gaps and development needs requires knowledge of adult learning principles, needs analysis, assessment, and job task analysis.
* Complete assigned projects and travel minimally as directed.
*What you bring *
* Proficient in rapid eLearning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline 360 preferred.
* Experience using and managing learning management systems (LMS) in a corporate environment preferred.
* Spanish/Portuguese fluency preferred (along with English).
* Always seeking to add value, both independently and with a team.
* Adaptable, collaborative, and target-driven in a multicultural environment with excellent communication skills.
* Advanced organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
* Ability to interpret and simplify technical and complex content.
* A logical thinker who can go from the big picture to planning out all the details - making impactful projects come to life.
* Basic experience editing photos, vectors, and videos as needed in a high-paced environment.
* Bachelor’s Degree in instructional design, marketing, graphic design, or similar.
