Childcare Teacher

As a Daycare Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.
You will play a vital role in their early childhood development, providing them with the necessary tools and guidance to thrive.
\*\*Duties:\*\* - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities - Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment - Promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children - Provide individualized attention and support to each child - Manage classroom behavior effectively - Encourage literacy education through storytelling, reading, and other activities - Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure the well-being of each child - Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development - Ensure the safety and security of all children in the daycare facility \*\*Requirements:\*\* - Proven experience in early childhood education or related field - Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues - Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences for children - Familiarity with behavior management techniques - Experience in classroom management - Special education background is a plus - Tutoring or teaching experience is preferred - Valid childcare certification or relevant qualifications If you are passionate about working with children and making a positive impact on their lives, we would love to hear from you.
