com/ I have an immediate need for an in-home 7th grade math & ELA tutor in the outskirts of Park City in-between Silver Summit and Atkinson; down the road from Mountain Life Church.
The student is in 7th grade attending Ecker Hill Middle School.
She needs to work with a tutor for math and English.
Mom explained that there are math concepts her daughter doesn’t understand.
Mom has been able to help thus far but she was taught to do math a different way.
She is mainly looking for homework help and test prep.
She also might need help with English class on occasion.
She's a good writer, but might need help with paragraph structure in essays.
The goals are to overall improve the student's math scores by helping her understand the concepts and assist with English assignments as needed.
The family wants 1 hour sessions once a week.
They are available Tuesday and Thursday from 4:45pm-7pm as well as Wednesday from 6pm-7pm.
*Job Requirements* * Tutor must be willing to work in-person, face to face at the student's home in the outskirts of Park City in-between Silver Summit and Atkinson; down the road from Mountain Life Church.
* Tutor must be available for 1 hour sessions once a week on either Tuesday or Thursday between 4:45pm-7pm or Wednesday from 6pm-7pm.
* Minimal travel required to meet with student (you decide the distance you are willing to travel, typically 5-10 miles) * Due to insurance requirements applicants must not be a minor.
