ESL Teacher

INX Academy Salt Lake City is growing fast, and we are looking for creative, passionate ESL teachers to join our team! We are a private language school that provides quality intensive English courses to adult English learners from diverse backgrounds.

Primary Responsibilities * Teach different levels of ESL courses as assigned * Prepare lesson plans and appropriate class materials; provide clear instructions * Takes attendance and enter grades into school portal in a timely manner.
* Evaluates student progress and extra instruction needs.
* Administers monthly achievement tests to students and assigns grades based on test results.
* Attends regular faculty meetings with Adult Education staff and administration to receive information regarding program policies and procedures.
* Participates in professional development meeting as required.
This position involves teaching in-person ESL classes from 8:30am to 1:30pm or 5:00pm to 9:30pm, Monday to Thursday.
We're looking for a part-time teacher to take an evening class.
Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.
00 - $20.
