This position will be trained both in Peer Advising for majors in the College of Social & Behavioral
Science (CSBS) and general office tasks for the CSBS Student Success Center.
Responsibilities Provide Peer Advising to students who are majoring in the College of Social & Behavioral Science (CSBS) and have quick questions through answering phones and helping students who walk-into the CSBS Student Success Center; Will also assist Academic Advisor with 1st year Milestone Advising Program (MAP) and New Student Orientations; Greets those who come into the Center; Helps with general questions and scheduling appointments; Assists Office Manager with general office tasks; Other office duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience) required.
One year full-time customer service experience or equivalency, demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills also required.
