```Duties```
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to determine clients' goals and fitness levels
- Design personalized exercise programs based on clients' needs and goals
- Provide one-on-one personal training sessions to clients, focusing on proper form and technique
- Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle habits to support their fitness journey
- Lead group fitness classes, providing modifications and progressions for participants of different fitness levels
- Maintain a clean and organized training area
```Requirements```
- Certification in personal training from a recognized organization (e.
g.
, NASM, ACE, ACSM)
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principles
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
- Strong organizational skills to track client progress and manage schedules
- Ability to adapt exercises for individuals with different fitness levels or limitations
- Knowledge of body mechanics and injury prevention techniques
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others reach their full potential
