At COP29 Azerbaijan, Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) and the Republic of #Azerbaijan signed a pivotal $96.73M agreement to launch the Maiden Tower Climate Resilient Water Project in the Karabakh region. This transformative initiative will irrigate 8,400 hectares, strengthening water and food security for over 1.6 million people in Jabrayil and Fuzuli districts. Witnessed by H.E.
