Position Summary
The Consulting Analyst operates as a key IT resource at MultiCare, providing implementation, optimizations and solutions support.
In this dynamic position, you will assist with IT activities, second-level support to resolve incidents and participate in new installs and upgrades to ensure excellent and efficient operations.
Responsibilities
You will lead groups of various initiatives linked to the application and/or process improvements
You will provide incident/issue support through data gathering
You will troubleshoot and resolve vendor-level complexity Tier 2 application-specific issue build/fixes
You will complete the most complex applications build/fixe
You will apply advanced knowledge in at least two Epic modules
Requirements
BA/BS in computer science/information technology, healthcare administration, or related field required; Applicable experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Epic Application Certification/Accreditation/Proficiency in at least two applications preferred
Epic Proficiency with Certification level scores in at least 2 applications within first 3 months in role
Minimum four (4) years of professional experience in the information services and/or health care industries preferred
Microsoft Office Proficiency

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off.
As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position.
The pay scale is $111,987.
00 - $154,669.
00 USD.
However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
