LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

Responsibilities: - Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician - Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients - Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and treatments - Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and reports - Adhere to all nursing standards and protocols Requirements: - Valid Nurse license in the state of Oregon - Special training, experience, or knowledge in providing care for older adults in a long-term care setting is preferred.
