Sonographer

*Overview:* We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sonographer to join our medical team.
As a Sonographer, you will be responsible for performing medical imaging procedures using ultrasound technology to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
This is a full-time position.
*Position:* Sonographer - Echo *Location:* Coos Bay, OR *Facility:* Hospital *Duration: *13 Weeks Contract *Shift:* 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM *REQUIREMENTS:* Graduate of approved Ultrasound training program- REQUIRED 1 year of sonographer experience- REQUIRED General and Echo experience - REQUIRED Vascular experience- Preferred Holds a minimum of one certification from one of the following certification boards: Sonographer certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) *CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:* ARDMS ARRT BLS (AHA) STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS: Oregon *Responsibilities:* - Conduct diagnostic evaluations using ultrasound equipment to produce high-quality images - Perform various types of scans, including abdominal, pelvic, vascular, and musculoskeletal - Utilize medical terminology and knowledge of anatomy and physiology to accurately interpret images - Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely diagnostic information - Maintain patient records and ensure proper documentation of procedures - Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment - Provide exceptional patient care and ensure patient comfort throughout the imaging process - Stay updated on the latest advancements in sonography techniques and equipment Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $55.
