As a Full-Time Faculty Adult Basic Skills Math Instructor, you will be part of team working with young adults aged 16-24 in the Education Department at Wolf Creek Job Corps (WCJC).
If your desire is to have a major impact on the lives of disadvantaged and under-represented young adults, this position is for you.
The position will primarily teach math, but may also teach digital literacy, study skills, and other subjects as needed.
The Education team also works closely with other WCJC departments such as counseling, housing, and trades to uphold policies and ensure student success.
The position works Monday through Friday on a 215 day contract, and follows the WCJC calendar.

QUALIFICATIONS QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education, Math, or related field.
One year experience in an instructional setting such as teaching or tutoring.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Education, Math, or related field.
Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds, especially LGBTQ+ students and students with disabilities.
Previous Job Corps or Adult Basic Skills experience.
