*CAREGIVER I JOB DESCRIPTION: C1*
* Reports to work on-time.
* Knows and abides by Chantele's Loving Touch policy and procedure.
* Has a working knowledge of resident service plans.
* Communicates professionally and effectively.
* Demonstrates the social skills necessary to work as an effective team member.
* Has no more than one unexcused absence per month.
* Shows flexibility with work schedule.
* Is directly responsible to the caregiver III assigned to the team.
* Completes all routine duties and duties assigned by the caregiver III of the team.
* May not dispense medications, unless delegated or assigned to do so by the RN.
* May not give information to outside agencies or agents without clearing the information with the administrator or caregiver III.
*CAREGIVER II JOB DESCRIPTION: C2*
* Demonstrates all of the characteristics of a caregiver I.
* Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively with outside agents and agencies.
* Demonstrates an ability to plan and organize their shift.
* In the absence of the caregiver III, will be responsible for:
* The appropriate and accurate completion of all medical records.
* Organizing and assigning duties of their shift.
* The completion of housekeeping duties of their shift.
* Stocking the supplies needed to perform duties.
* The well being of all the residents in their house.
* Demonstrates a willingness and ability to be on-call for shift deficits.
* Is directly responsible to the shift supervisor.
* Demonstrates the ability to work with minimal supervision.
* Demonstrates the ability to represent Chantele's Loving Touch in a professional manner.
* Demonstrates effective leadership.
* Demonstrates a working knowledge of and complies with all Chantele's Loving Touch policy and procedure.
* Performs duties of caregiver III in their absence.
*CAREGIVER III JOB DESCRIPTION: C3*
* Demonstrates all of the characteristics of a caregiver II.
* Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively with outside agents and agencies.
* Demonstrates an ability to plan and organize their shift.
* Will be responsible for:
* The appropriate and accurate completion of all medical records.
* Organizing and assigning duties of their shift.
* The completion of housekeeping duties of their shift.
* Stocking the supplies needed to perform duties.
* The well being of all the residents in their house.
* Demonstrates a willingness and ability to be on-call for shift deficits.

* Demonstrates a working knowledge of and complies with all Chantele's Loving Touch policy and procedure.
