The DoD Cyber Excepted Service (CES) is an enterprise-wide approach for managing civilian cyber professionals across the Department. The CES is aligned to both Title 10 and Title 5 provisions in that it offers flexibilities for the recruitment, retention, and development of cyber professionals across Department. The content on this website consist of strategic guidance, polices and tools for implementing CES across the enterprise.
