At Reflaunt, we reflect on 2024 with immense pride and gratitude for the results we have achieved: 📈 Our pre-loved sales have grown at a 35% quarterly rate. Our partners NET-A-PORTER, MR PORTER, BALENCIAGA, Harvey Nichols, Perfect Moment, ALTUZARRA and Level Shoes continue to make resale a core element of their business, proving the value and scale that resale can achieve when brands move beyond the pilot stage. 📍 We launched the first resale service in Saudi Arabia in partnership with Chalhoub Group. This monumental milestone paves the way for scaling the resale market in the Middle East, building on the strong foundation laid over the past two years with Level Shoes in the UAE. 🌎 We expanded our global resale network, adding over 300 million new pre-loved customers. This was made possible by integrations with leading resale platforms such as eBay, Vinted, and The RealReal, as well as new retailers launching their pre-loved category, including ShopSimon™. 🇮🇹 We opened a new office in Milan, Italy, a strategic move that brings us closer to our brand partners, investors, and prospective recruits, while further strengthening our presence in Portugal and the UK. 🛍️ We launched a Shopify integration, enabling boutiques and retailers to list their supply directly on our network through their Shopify admin. The results speak for themselves: over 50,000 pre-loved luxury items were processed within just the first few weeks of the app’s launch. Last but certainly not least, we celebrated our 6th anniversary this year. It was a moment to pause and reflect on how much the industry has evolved since our inaugural launch with BALENCIAGA in 2020, the lessons we’ve gathered, and the phenomenal team we’ve built along the way.
